i have learned that i am one of those people who need a deadline to finsih things or i find my self slacking and being off task sometimes. i also find myself writing much better storys when i am under pressure like district assemssments and other creative pieces. i also enjoy writing poems because they are quick and easy to make. some of my strengths would definitley be my word choice and my intros are something that i am very good at. i do not follow intro rubrics completely but i do put my twist on them and make them more my way.

Today was the same as every other "normal" day. i had math class third hour and i once again forgot to do my homework
The teacher called on me today,
She said,"what is the answer for number #18?"
I said, "i skipped that problem."
because when i do not do my homework it is not because i do not want to it is because i do not know how.
And as always she said, "we will wait impatiently until you get it done!"
And it usually takes me a few minutes to do the problem until i finally say the wrong answers.
And then she says the thing i hate hearing, "another zero for the book."
So badly do i want to say, "you do not have to tell everyone in class that you are giving me a zero you can just give me a zero."
And then class ends in the same exact way when i do not know what do to for the homework again.

When someone asks you to simply “watch after your sibling.” It really is not ever as easy as it sounds. The short story “Raymond’s Run” teaches the reader about some of the big responsibilities that are put on your shoulder.
Raymond is an especially tricky kid to watch because he does have a mental disorder and is not as fast on thinking as the average human so he usually does stupid things. And I know that we have all gotten in trouble for something that we haven’t done whether it was because of a friend or a sibling, it feels the same. This is most likely how squeaky feel every time that Raymond does something stupid because she is supposed to be watching him. I have also been ensnared in this situation just the other week when I was watching my little sister Mia and she knocked off a plate from the counter and when my mom came home and saw the plate missing she asked what happened and figured out, and I got in trouble because I was supposed to be “watching” her.
This short story teaches the reader about some extremely important life lessons like when you have a difficulty with another and not only having to worry about your problems but all of theirs. I would recommend this short story for people that always have troubles looking over someone and just need something relate too.

personifacation
everyday when i come home weather its at night or in the morning its just sitting underneath the table with its mesmerizing red light just waiting to be turned on. as i walk towards it, it gets extremely excited as do i and then it makes the greatest noise known to man when i turn it on. "beep". it's just so beautiful it could bring you to tears. When i sign into my account i get a rush and instantly get a game invite because i'm just that popular.(not really) my PlayStation must be very proud knowing that it has so many friends to chat with. which is why i would say that it is most like the average person. i say this because the average person has friends, and people that are not to fond of them. as does my ps3 because i can't say i have "never", gotten banned from PlayStation by Sony because that would be a lie. i think of sony as an enemy and people on my friends list as my friends.

Black and white, everyone is the same and you can’t even talk to people because they cannot hold a conversation. In this world there is not even a point for conversation because everyone is thinking the same thing. In the short story “Harrison Bergeron”, we learn that if we are all equal that there would be no competition and no new ideas.
There would be no need to talk to anyone else because if everyone is the same everyone is thinking the same thing, or they are not thinking at all. “Hazel had a perfectly average intelligence, which meant she couldn't think about anything except in short bursts”. What it is saying here is if you have normal intelligence because everyone is the same no one will think that anyone else is dumb or stupid; or even know anyone is dumb or stupid.
Harrison is a big man and everyone is scared of him. Why? Everyone is the same right? Maybe on the inside but not on the outside. How are they scared of him if nobody thinks, is it because he can hurt people, which would mean changing the law? The one thing that the main purpose of everyone thinking the same was that there was no change and no fight for power, but Harrison is wiser than them and the government knows that which is why he is feared. He can change the government and the number one thing that they don’t like is change. In our school there is a student council president; of course she is afraid that we will get bored of her ideas and she will be acquitted. This same thing goes for the government if he does something that opens the eyes of the people then they will also rebel causing chaos.
The point of the story is that this is how things could be in the world so you can’t whine about it now because it could be a lot worse. And that someone will always shine out in the crowd; and when someone does stand out you can’t discriminate them you must respect them.

the year was 1821 when the new president got elected and the law was passed that everyone would be considered equal. all of America was waiting for the day but they just never thought that it would happen. blacks, whites, and everyone had the same rights and everyone was treated equal. and finally because everyone was treated equal we could go and eat together, go to a movie, and there were no colored people and white people. thanks to take 67th president.this change would have never happen if the president was not any other than a girl. because she knows what it is like to be discriminated by her gender. naturally guys think that they are more physically fit and smarter than girls...which is not always true. she was feeling like a black person being criticized by the color of their skin. which is why she made sure that everyone would be equal. all though by passing this law you cannot stop the people of the united states from being racist you can just give the colored the same public rights as white people. even though most white people did not agree with this, the only reason is because they were not used to it. they thought that black people were all bad but the reason for that is because they have never gotten to know them because they have never had equal rights. if you saw a prisoner that and came to your house asking for water or anything, would you let him in, why wouldn't you let him in is it because of the way he looks? how do you know if he is really a bad person or not you just have to judge him by what he looks like on the outside which is why the white people thought all the black people were bad.

On the night of the superbowl It was 9:30 when i came rolling in to my driveway and inside of my house there was not a sound. I went in through the garage and immedietley called my friend so that we could hang out at my house for the remainder of the time my parents are gone. So he came over and we had some fun untill all of the sudden i heard the noise i was praying i wouldnt hear so soon, the garage door was opening, my parents are home. i start to panic and determine what to do with mmy friend untill i finaly opened my baack door and shoved him out and threw his shoes at him saying leave. Keep in mind there was a snow day a few days ago and he had nothing but jeans and a sweatshirt on and there was at least 3 1/2 feet of snow in my backyard. in the end i got caught because my neighbor called my parents saying that somebody ran out of my house when my parents pulled into the garage. i could not lie because they had already known the answer, what parent always do and asked the question. "What did you do tonight", i said, "watched the superbowl". then the notorius AND comes out like they are waiting for me to tell them what they want to hear and i tiold them. Now my mom feel bad that my friend had to run through the snow to get out so she bought him 5 gum.

There are many things that made it possible for the solar system to be created throughout the billions of years. The things that I am going to be talking about and the research that I am going to be presenting in the essay will be telling you about how the solar system was formed, and the difference between the inner and outer planets.
The sun was formed billions of years ago and started out as a large collapsing cloud of gas inside of an ancient interstellar cloud. The cloud collapsed for millions of years until it formed a rotating disk with a large central bulge out of this disk would eventually form the planets, the center of this where the most mass wound up, would form the sun. The sun was still collapsing under the force of its own gravity and became millions of degrees Fahrenheit until the deuterium atoms began to fuse and give off thermonuclear energy. This slowed the collapse down a bit and eventually led to a second stage where hydrogen nuclei could fuse into helium, which then started the sun's current evolutionary phase
How was the solar system formed? This is an important question and one that scientists have worked extremely hard to find the answer to. There are many different theories that tell how our solar system was formed. The one fact that we know for sure is that the creation of the solar system happened billions of years ago. As like the sun scientists believe that the solar system formed much like the sun and started out as a huge ball of unstable gas collapsing under its own weight. After millions of years in this stage the matter inside of this huge cloud finally began moving in a humongous circle. In the middle of this huge cloud a star began to form getting bigger and bigger over extended lengths of time. further away from where the star was forming smaller clumps of gas began collapsing to make the planets and then started orbiting the sun which is how the milky way galaxy was formed.
There are many distinctive differences that set the inner and outer planets apart. The inner planets are made up of mainly rocks and metals which is why they have shorter orbit paths because they are slower. They are also smaller and none of the inner planets are bigger than 13000 kilometers. The outer planets are mainly made of gases and dust so they orbit much faster. Most people think of the gas giants as huge helium balloons floating through space. the inner planets and outer planets are also separated by the solar system.
The future of our sun and solar system is going to take a while to figure out, butt scientists already have thier theories on how it will end. As you probably know no solar system can exist without a source of heat or a star and when that star burns out the solar system will no longer exist. Our sun is a middle age star that is about 5 billion years old and has about 5 billion years left until it burns out. When it burns out our solar system will be dark and dim and there will be no life on any of the planets because there will be no heat if there is no sun.

When you are in public and glance at someone who looks out of the ordinary you would call them weird. Why? Is it because of the color of their skin or the clothes they wear, they may look weird to you but some people understand why they look or dress the way that they do. In The Book “Monster”, written by Walter Dean Myers, one man stands out to people in a big way and everyone judges him by what he looks like on the outside.
When someone is dressed or looks the way they do don’t be too quick to judge them because there is always a reason. The intro of the book makes it seem almost impossible for a young man Steve Harmon, 17, who is on trial for murder impossible to be declared not-guilty. Everyone in the court room including the jury takes one look at Steve and decides that he did the crime because of the color of his skin. I have felt the way that stave has one time when I was at school, they pulled 5 people into the office because someone did something in the locker room and they thought that it was one of us. The other four guys in the office were wearing ties because they had a basketball game after school and I was wearing my jeans down low and a skater t-shirt, they thought for a fact that it had to be me. I said to myself there was no getting out of this one and in that situation I think I felt like Steve except for in a less serious situation.
In this book there are many lessons, but I think that one of the main lessons is that society is not always fair to people. Walter Dean years did an extraordinary job in the aspect that he really captured what it felt like to feel insecure about yourself. When you read this book it really puts you inside the main characters body and it makes you wonder if the writer felt or experienced something like this in his life.

Fear
Fear
Fear is something that can affect your everyday life, just do not think that you are the only one feeling it because fear is an everyday battle that we have to face. The feeling of intensity when you are reading this book is extraordinary and makes you feel some of the same feelings the main character has. The Outsiders by S. E. Hinton captures a clip of what life truly is like inside an active gang.
These two gangs fighting like this can really relate to the average persons everyday arguments like politics and money. Both of the gangs at this point really don’t know if they should feel scared or not, they don’t know who’s going to do what. I have had that feeling before when i had a neighbor that was way older than me and he kept on threatening me, I didn’t feel scared butt I probably should have. This is probably how Ponyboy feels right now he’s scared but if he follows the rules he really doesn’t have to be.
In chapter 10 when it says, “as pony boy wanders through the hospitals in a daze he keeps saying to himself that did not die; he is in denial about Johnnie’s death. I have felt this way too for seven years my friend Matthew lived in my neighborhood until one day he moved. I didn’t think this was ever going to happen but it finally did and I still didn’t know why but it stunk. That is I think how pony boy feels right now because this all seems unreal to him but all that he knows is it sucks.
S.E. Hinton really did a good job of capturing an image of a true rivalry between two gangs and when I read this book the question that comes to my mind is how did the author think of all the dialogue in this book or gang talk, did she write this book because maybe she had encounters with a gang in real life. This is a great book that teaching the reader a few different perspectives that people can have on fear.
